What we collect

Almost nothing, on purpose:

• Your email address — when you book a free call, email us, or buy an audit. We use it to deliver your report and reply to you. That's it.
• Your website URL — so we can audit it. It's the whole job.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Booking details — handled by Cal.com (name, email, chosen time).

What we never do

• Sell your data to anyone
• Add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for
• Keep your email after it's no longer needed for your audit
• Track you across other websites with advertising pixels

Third-party processors

Stripe processes payments, Cal.com handles scheduling, and Google Workspace handles email. Each has its own privacy policy and industry-standard security. We only share with them what's required to deliver the service you paid for.

Your rights

Email parseprioritysupport@gmail.com and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — within 30 days, usually much faster. If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), this applies to you by law. Everywhere else, it applies because it's the right thing to do.

Data retention

We keep your audit report and email thread for up to 12 months so we can answer follow-up questions, then delete them. Stripe retains payment records as required for tax and accounting law.
